What we collect
When you submit the contact form, we receive your name, email address, company name if provided, inquiry type, and message. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry and, if a commercial relationship begins, to manage that relationship. Your form messages are stored only in our database and read by authorised team members; they are not fed into automated AI systems, profiling tools, or third-party marketing platforms. We record your explicit consent (via the checkbox on the form) together with a timestamp and the version of this notice as evidence under GDPR Art.7 / KVKK Art.5/1. When you visit the website, our hosting provider may record standard server logs such as IP address, user agent, requested page, timestamp, and basic security events for security and abuse prevention.
What we do not collect

Cookies

Retention
Contact form submissions are retained only as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry, manage a potential or active business relationship, and meet legal obligations. Standard server logs are retained for 30 days unless a longer period is required to investigate a security incident.
Your rights

Data location
Form submissions are stored on infrastructure located in the European Union. If personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or another valid transfer mechanism.
